This page will serve as a basic how to play guide for UnderMine. While there is very little information available at this time, we urge you to check back often, as new information is being added all the time! Feel free to edit this guide with any tips, tricks, and suggestions.
Basic gameplay[ | ]
Although a controller is recommended, the game can also be played with the mouse and keyboard.
The basic equipment of the Peasant are the Peasant's Pickaxe and simple clothes. The Pickaxe is used to knock Gold free from walls and statues, but is also the Peasant's Weapon which can be swung or thrown.

Tips and tricks[ | ]
- Secrets are marked with sparkles. Sparkles only appear if there was an explosion in the room the secret is in. Explosions caused by dropping gold as an effect of the blessing Unstable Concoction will not trigger the wall sparkles, but any other explosion, such as caused by a Bomb Pilfer, will.
- There are currently 2 secret rooms and 1 crawl space per floor. This can be increased by the Relic Adventurer's Hat.
- You can aim with your mouse cursor. Just turn on the Mouse Aim in the options, making it more easy to aim your thrown pickaxe.
- You can increase your combat effectiveness by using the throw right after swinging. This will cancel the swing animation and buy you additional DPS. This tactic is only viable if you don't have multiple swing speed upgrades and Relics that change the throw, such as the Guidance relic, the Chakram etc.
