Rogue's Ultimatum is a hex item in UnderMine.
It removes the Peasant's permanent upgrades for a run. This hex is for getting the achievements for defeating bosses without upgrades.
The upgrades that are disabled are displayed below; the hex doesn't disable the 
Glasses, 
Explorer's Boots, or any of the Dibble's Emporium Upgrades.
